these are long-term capital planning models, “Cinderella” refundings, forward refundings, and multi-purpose bonds with complex yield blending requirements and escrow structuring.

 

Custom Modeling

Our standard practice is to design custom spreadsheets to meet the unique needs of each of our clients rather than to simply rely on commercial

software. We have found developing a custom model for each client allows us to better understand them and design solutions that fit their specific needs and risk tolerance. Custom models also allow us to update scenarios rapidly and understand the mechanics of how each of the inputs into the model affects the potential outcome.
